Order Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your shipment is packed and picked up by our carrier partner, an automated shipment confirmation email with an active tracking link is dispatched to your email address. You can monitor your package from dispatch to doorstep delivery.

Damaged or In-Transit Issues

All fragile items (glass carafes, ceramic drippers, precision gauges) are reinforced with shock-absorbing foam packaging. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours at contact@cafeubsf.com with a quick photo of the package and item. We will dispatch an immediate replacement or issue a full refund at zero extra cost.
